Managed Documentation Services

Multi-year framework agreement for establishing and managing the documentation service, as well as for developing processes and workflows at two refinery locations. The goal is to ensure the integrity, availability, and compliance of the technical equipment documentation. As a documentation coordinator, AMR acts as the interface between maintenance, inspection, turnaround, project departments, and the client’s partner firms/suppliers.

Safety concept for process plants

Evaluation of the technical as-built documentation of process plants in operation with the aim of completing the existing documentation and, in a second step, ensuring the integrity of the pressure, temperature and protection parameters as part of a process engineering analysis. Delivery of a report to the client with a list of measures for the provision of proof in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Monitoring Ordinance (DGÜW-V).

Implementation of COMOS

Consultation, design of a concept, development, and implementation of the basic engineering for the implementation and transformation of the data inventory into COMOS for an international corporation in the chemical industry located in Marl, North Rhine-Westphalia. The project is carried out in three consecutive phases following the front-end loading principle.

Digitalization of an industrial plant

Execution and integration of 3D laser scanning using dynamic and static scanners, totaling 1,600 hours, to create a Digital Twin at the refinery site in Schwechat, Lower Austria. This process involves modeling of point clouds and the development of a digital twin using Smart 3D technology.

02Turnaround Services

You are looking for qualified, resilient, and eager employees to strengthen your turnaround/shutdown teams. We offer the right services, with fixed-price, on-demand service packages.

03On-site operational engineering

Agreement on a catalog of services with fixed prices per unit. Services are requested, recorded, approved, and invoiced through an ERP system. The responsibility for managing capacity and thereby the risk of resource allocation and provisioning is transferred to AMR.

04Owners Engineering

Your operation or project team is lacking qualified, temporarily deployable resources. We have the solution. Our Owner's Engineers will strengthen your client side, providing the expertise you need for as long as you need it.
